Ortali Wellness was founded by Ortal Pouldar and David Pouldar, a husband-and-wife medical team devoted to redefining aesthetic and wellness care through a lens of medical precision and refined luxury. Established on a foundation of advanced clinical expertise and disciplined technique, the practice was intentionally designed for patients who seek elevated, highly individualized treatment delivered with discretion and uncompromising standards. Ortal Pouldar, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Associate and founder of Ortali Wellness, a boutique aesthetic and wellness practice offering a refined, concierge-level approach to care. A Los Angeles native, she earned her Bachelor of Arts from UCLA, graduating summa cum laude, and completed her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at California Baptist University.
With over a decade of experience in the aesthetic industry, Ortal previously worked alongside a world-renowned celebrity plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills, serving as a lead aesthetic Physician Associate for nearly five years. This experience shaped her advanced understanding of facial anatomy, precision-based techniques, and the art of achieving natural, balanced results.
At Ortali Wellness, Ortal provides a curated range of aesthetic and wellness services, including Botox®/Dysport®, dermal fillers, IV hydration and vitamin therapy, peptides, microneedling, and medical weight loss. Each treatment is thoughtfully customized, reflecting her philosophy of subtle enhancement, longevity, and whole-body wellness.

Dr. David Pouldar is a board-certified Emergency Physician and founder of Ortali Wellness. Born and raised in Los Angeles, he earned his Bachelor of Science from UCLA before completing his Doctor of Medicine at Albany Medical College in upstate New York. He went on to complete his residency training in Emergency Medicine in Bakersfield, California.
After returning to Los Angeles, Dr. Pouldar founded RapidDoc Urgent Care, where his practice evolved from treating acute conditions to helping patients achieve lasting wellness, health optimization, and longevity. His extensive medical background and clinical expertise allow him to approach patient care comprehensively—developing thoughtful, evidence-based, and personalized treatment plans designed to restore and elevate well-being.
